"Placed in a good part of town for easy access to the main strip. Not far from all the scenic spots either. Clean studio apartment and staff were friendly. Good option to stay at :)"

"Very tidy and well laid out property.with 9 of us, still managed to find space to unwind, play pickle ball and sleep peacefully. The house is better than pictures, can't thank Wayne enough for providing the perfect place for family holiday memories"
The Sanctuary - The house with everything. Swimming pool, free Wifi and a Jetty!
10/10 Excellent
"We were a family of 6, with all adult children. The house was accurately listed - very spacious and worked really well for our adult family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. We really enjoyed the location - being on the canals, some of the family fished off the jetty and had some success. The back deck was great, with a large outside table setting and BBQ. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The house was really well stocked. Just a couple of minor maintenance things that would be good to attend to. The house was situated at the bottom of Exmouth, with only a short stroll to Whalebone Brewery and a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend"
"Lovely, comfortable unit. Beds were great and everything was clean. The hot water however was luke warm and ran out completely one day so there were no showers to be had."
"We were delighted when we entered the home. Spacious, immaculate, lovely views of the marinas, well equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. It is well located, easy to find when you enter Exmouth and close to the town centre. "
